Hi All,

The mounting clips for the relays mounted to the fuse box are busted (most likely from a ham-fisted PO )

Has anyone come-up with a clever fix for re-mounting these relays once they've come adrift??

Yes it should, but that may be a problem with the central locking unit than the lock cylinder itself. Here is a diagram of the lock and actuator arm for reference.
