Just reinstalled the header panel in my car after servicing the sunroof motor. Hint: I found the easiest way to get the front edge of the header panel back under the windshield rubber is to use a bunch (24 or so) of Popsicle sticks (cut in half) wedged under the edge of the rubber. Push the panel forward as far as it will go, making sure it's centered left-right, and then pull the sticks out.
