M90 fuel economy?

Post by Hefeweizen »

For all of you who have a M90 engine in their 6er, what do you get on mpg?

Hi Rainer, I get about 20mpg average. A bit higher on the highway, but lower in the city.
Here are my logs over 20k miles: https://www.fuelly.com/index.php/car/bm ... 0254/43492

I have closer ratio gears than you so you should see a bit better than me if you are running optimally. I fond lower mileage with the wrong ignition timing too.
