Subject says it all. I cant find anything stamped on rotors to indicate minimum thickness and google is failing me. Anyone know?

In my experience the min thickness is always stamped into the rim of the disc, although often quite difficult to see.
On the M6 I think the discs start out at 30mm and I've be surprised if anything below 29mm would be regarded as acceptable. And strictly speaking that measurement should be taken across multiple places on the wear surface. Any kind of pronounced "lip" on the outer extremity of the disc face would provide a good clue as to significant wear and therefore readiness for replacement, although beware that not all discs with end up with a lip eg where the brake pads extend right out to the disc edge or even slightly beyond.
