Help to remove trim

Post by Ronnie Wilson »

Hi Guys

Is it possible to remove the Chrome trim around the A pillar, starting at the side mirror.
Have removed both front wings/ fenders. But the trim that retains the Chrome A pillar trim came away, so i need to remove the Chrome trim without damaging it to re-secure The plastic trim back onto the A pillar.
Started to pick away at it, But it’s so soft. I’m thinking there is no alternative but to remove it and order two new pieces.
Does anyone have any pieces in good shape that their willing to sell.

Thanks
Ronnie

Do you mean the two trims which run up the “A” pillar, across the top and down the “C” pillar? I’m pretty sure I have some, but they’d be difficult to ship due to their size and fragility.
