Gents, I've got the door cards off, doing another project, and the passenger side window is really moving slow and appears to be laboring
Any recommendations on lubricating, and where
I'm sure there's a thread referring to this and honestly, I didn't look

I do know that a very common way is to grease the window tracks with silicon spray.
The mechanisms usually need a good cleaning (remove old grease) before greasing it again.
