Body Shop warning

If anyone in or around Colorado Springs considers body work to be done on their car and wants to use "Supreme Refinish", visit this first please

... is this a Joke.

No decent body shop would paint a car to match that badly faded paint.

You would have to paint the whole car. I assume you didn't want to do that.

What did you ask this supreme place to do?

And what did they charge you?

You did see the damage on my website. That is what needed to be fixed. I let them get away with the primer since I plan on painting the car later anyway. What ticked me off was that Josh claimed that the cracks come from rust. There was no rust before. I don't remember what was paid for this since the insurance paid for it. I think it was around the $2,400 area

If you don't paint primer it rusts...

Was the whole fender cut and new metal welded in?

That would be the only way to fix that, I assume for $2400 they hammered it out and threw on some bondo..

I know it's an old post, but you should be taking this up with your insurance company.

That is really unacceptable work.
