e24 kidney grille - restored/chromed

Post by RTHLSS1 »

I have restored kidney grill for sale. I repair dents on my own then have them "dechromed" (originally they are not chromed), polished and chromed.
Bear in mind this is not new but restored so some imperfections are present.

Price for set 350€.
I accept PayPal or bank transfer.
Shipping to the EU costs 20€.DHL Express shipping worldwide from 40-50€

Wow! Great refurbishment of Kidney trims...
The resulting Shine of Chromium plating compared to the OE Anodized finish is significantly more Brilliant. No doubt the chroming process results in a highly durable finish as well.

RTHLSS1- those look brilliant!

Chrome... where did that idea come from?
I have all the window surrounds, kidney grills and roofline trim ready for refinishing. I have been learning about anodizing and trying to figure out where to take it and cost etc. then I see your post and those shiny grills. I wonder if the window and roofline trims are suitable for chrome finishing? Wonder if it is slightly flexible?

Anyway- good job... lookin' good!
