Wanted - Master Cylinder

Post by sideshowbob »

Have started pulling together my Brembo big brake project.

I have got all the parts together, but have been advised that this brake modification requires the installation of a brake master cylinder from an E32 750i.

The part number according to OEM is 34331161772.

If any one can help with this I would appreciate it.

Or if anyone who has done this conversion knows of another master cylinder I can use I would be most grateful.

Finally if I used the existing master cylinder from my '88 635....what would be the consequences ?

When you replace the M/C with the 750 one you will have to make up new brake lines as it is different to the original.

I might have a spare 750 M/C will let you know.
They are ALWAYS rustier than you thought!!!!!!
