There’s a car under that dust!

Post by LoSqualo »

I found this 1986 635CSi behind a barn. The owner is a good friend of mine, and so I made him a deal. And he accepted it. So now I’m the owner of this monster. But before I had that title in my hand, I had to clean the car. That took... a while. Fortunately the bumper bits and surrounds and such are out of shot. She should be ready by Vintage this year! Wish me luck.

Hi

Looks good.

Please tell me your going to remove those Front and rear Bumpers and replace with Euro ones.

Good luck 👍

Ronnie, I considered that for my car, but it's rudely expensive. I guess it all depends on how far one wants to go on this.

Great find. Is that an XK120 alongside in the first pic and a Silver Shadow in the garage in your last pic?

Good eye, Ron! Looks like an XK120 FHC!!! Oooh, now THAT would be the challenge of a lifetime. ~cough~ Sorry, that's an AWESOME barn find, LoSqualo! Truly it is.
We're gonna need more pictures, but you knew that, right?

Wash your hands!
